About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Antoine Drive in Houston, and RV owners park their rigs outdoors here. The lot is gated with electronic access, there's a wide drive aisle to swing a longer rig around, and electricity is available at the spaces. Some units are climate controlled, some are not. The office also rents regular self-storage units, so it's a mixed facility rather than an RV-only lot. Reviews mostly come back positive, and the staff get the credit. Reviewers describe employees as informative and friendly, with several naming Maria and Karin for walking them through unit options and pricing. One mentioned getting water on a hot day. A few reviewers liked the rates, and a couple said the property stays clean. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about a big rent increase after a few months, and another said no one was at the office during posted business hours. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you commit, especially on rate changes.
