About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on FM 1960 Rd W in Houston keeps RVs and boats alongside regular storage units. The lot offers covered and outdoor parking, and the property is gated with lighting around the grounds. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Jacob gets named for walking people through a rental and making the paperwork simple, and Terrie draws praise for managing the place after the switch from Life Storage. People also mention wide hallways, big elevators, and units that stay climate controlled. Not every review is warm. One renter measured about 90 degrees inside a unit on a hot day and questioned how well the climate control holds up. Another said the price on their unit had doubled. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit to a spot.
