About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Wirt Road in Houston offers both indoor and outdoor storage for RVs, along with climate-controlled options for other belongings. The site is gated with electronic access, and the wide drive aisles make it easier to maneuver a larger rig. There are also parking spaces and drive-up units if you need to get to your stuff without a long walk. Reviewers consistently mention the staff, especially Azucena, for being friendly, patient, and quick to solve problems. One person noted that an online payment didn't register, but the local team sorted it out fast. Another said the whole process was easier than expected and they got a unit the same day. The indoor storage isn't air-conditioned, as one reviewer pointed out, but they still felt the price and service were worth it. With a 4.7-star rating across 195 Google reviews, this location seems to keep people happy. It's wheelchair accessible, and the team is described as accommodating and informative. “The people who work here, could NOT be any nicer!!! The price is reasonable, but their “indoor” storage isn’t with AC; it’s in a hallway. But you can’t beat the price…the convenience, or the customer service.” – Dawn D., Edited 2 months ago, on Google
