About Extra Space Storage
On FM 1960 Bypass Rd E in Humble, this Extra Space location runs a big storage lot with outdoor parking spaces for vehicles. It is gated with electronic entry and multiple entrance and exit gates, and there are climate controlled units on site alongside non climate controlled ones. Drive up access makes it easy to pull in and load or unload. Reviewers here talk about the staff more than anything else. Brittany, Ivan and Lonnie come up by name, and people describe them as kind, patient and quick to fix problems. One reviewer rented a unit twice for a car and said it was never damaged. Another mentions a golf cart ride back to the unit when they had trouble getting in. Clean units and a smooth sign up show up in the reviews too. The place holds a 4.9 rating across 835 Google reviews. Hours are posted, so call ahead if you need to come by outside them.
