About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility in Huntersville, and the Google reviews land at 4.7 stars across 326 ratings. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One name shows up again and again: Angie. People describe her as patient, thorough, and genuinely kind, and more than one mentions she walked them through the unit options and square footage pricing before they signed. The units get called clean, and a few reviewers note the crew stays busy keeping the place in good condition. The leasing process comes up as easy, and people mention reserving a unit by phone before showing up. Small, medium, and large units are available. The building is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking. One thing to know: a reviewer wished the building ran cooler, so plan around the heat if you're moving in on a warm day. The office keeps regular hours rather than staying open around the clock. Reviews mention truck rental and extra storage space as options worth asking about.
