About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Blake Bottom Rd NW in Huntsville, with easy freeway access and outdoor parking for RVs and boats alongside regular storage units. The property is gated with electronic gate access and has non-climate controlled units if the weather is not a concern. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else, and one manager in particular gets named for walking people through the rental step by step and helping them pick the unit that fit instead of the biggest one. Others rented online and moved in without talking to anyone in person, and a few mention the place being clean and the process quick to set up. Not everyone is sold. Some repeat customers say the service is friendly but the pricing side is out of the local staff's hands, and more than one reviewer warns that the rate went up after the first few months. Worth asking about price increases before you commit, especially if you plan to stay a while.
