Extra Space Storage, 315 Oakwood Ave NE

About Extra Space Storage

Extra Space Storage sits on Oakwood Ave NE in Huntsville, and the place runs a 4.9 rating across 533 Google reviews. That volume of feedback is worth something when you are picking where to leave a rig. The lot is gated, with outdoor parking among the storage options, and the listing mentions climate and non climate controlled units plus drive up access. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One calls Morgan patient and high spirited, another says she explained everything clearly. People mention signing up and even opening the gate through an app, and one customer with a mobile detailing business said the property stays clean and secure. Not every review is glowing. One renter complained about hard to open doors, a tight lot, and trash sitting in front of units for months. Another said the rate jumped after three months. Worth asking about before you sign. Hours are posted, and the office is not open around the clock.
