Extra Space Storage, 69 Mallory Ave

About Extra Space Storage

Extra Space Storage sits on 69 Mallory Ave in Jersey City, with outdoor parking and drive-up units that allow vehicles. Access runs through an electronic gate, and there are multiple entrance and exit points plus a wide drive aisle for getting a rig in and out. Climate controlled and non climate controlled units are both offered, and the site has a kiosk and staff on hand during posted hours. The reviews lean heavily on the crew. Reviewers call the staff kind and helpful, and a few name Israel for the way he handles questions. People also mention signing up and cancelling without trouble, and one renter said the space was clean and held everything from a 5x10 U-Haul load. Not every review is positive. One person complained about an old freight elevator, a bad smell and dirt on their belongings. Another reported pest problems they say weren't disclosed. Worth reading the full review page before you commit, especially if your stuff is going indoors.
