About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility off Barger Pond Way in Knoxville, close to Schaad Rd and Callahan Dr. It draws renters from Powell, Claxton, Halls and Wood Creek West, and the listing covers vehicle storage alongside standard units. The unit sizes run small to large, with climate control and drive-up access among the options. Reviewers tend to mention the staff by name and in a good way. Words like courteous, helpful and easy to work with come up often, and several people said the setup went faster than they expected, including online booking. The site itself gets called clean and secure. One reviewer who had never bought storage before said the manager walked them through the auction process. Not every review is warm. A few complain about rent climbing, one saying it more than doubled inside a year, and another citing a jump to three times the starting rate. Read the lease terms on rate changes before you sign. Call ahead for current availability and pricing.
