About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Baffin Bay Dr in Lake Forest, a self-storage site that also handles RV and boat parking. Spaces come covered or out in the open, and the whole property is gated with electronic access. The grounds get called out in reviews as clean and well lit, which matters when you're backing a trailer in after dark. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Tracy, Matt, Justin, Leo and Teddi get named for helping people sort out the right unit and for being accommodating when plans change. One renter had a lock issue on move-in day and got switched to a unit in a newer building. Others mention freeway access and a wide drive aisle that make a big rig easier to move around. Several reviews come from travel trailer and trailer storage renters. There's a dump station on site, according to reviewers. Climate controlled units exist if you're storing household goods alongside the rig, and non-climate units are available too. Hours are posted but the gate isn't open around the clock, so check the schedule before you plan a late pickup.
