About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on US Highway 98 N in Lakeland, and RV owners park their rigs in the outdoor spaces here. The lot is gated and lit, and the property gets steady praise for staying clean. Most of the reviews talk about the people. Staff members come up by name, and reviewers describe them as courteous and informative, the kind of folks who walk you through your options without pressure. One reviewer said a manager helped find a spot big enough for their truck and their belongings. Others mention a comfortable, low-key atmosphere and quick setup. Not every review is glowing. One renter reported rats in their unit and damage to their things. A couple of others flagged rent increases that came without much notice. Worth reading through the reviews yourself before you commit. The place is open regular hours, not around the clock. With 899 Google reviews and a 4.9 rating, the feedback leans heavily positive.
