About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space facility sits at 330 S Garoffolo Blvd in Lebanon, close to I-65 and State Rd 32. It handles self storage plus vehicle and boat parking, and drive-up access makes it easier to load and unload. Units come in small, medium, and large sizes. Reviewers bring up the units themselves more than anything else, and the word clean shows up often. Staff get a fair share of praise too, with several people naming Nick and Zach for being polite and helpful when it came to payments or a discount on a rate. The online rental process and accessibility also drew kind remarks. Not everyone is happy. Some reviewers say the rate climbed after they signed, and a couple mention mice. Others point out that a 24-hour sign on the building does not match gate hours. The rating sits at 4.4 from 141 reviews, so the experience seems to vary by unit and timing.
