About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility in Leon Valley, and the reviews lean heavily on the people. Victoria, Rachel and Desiree come up by name, with renters describing them as welcoming and patient, even when questions ran past closing time. That kind of help shows up again and again across 404 Google reviews and a 4.9 rating. The site handles a range of storage needs, from small and medium units to large ones, and it also appears in listings for car and boat storage. Reviewers mention outdoor units and open parking space, clean units, carts and elevators, plus climate controlled options. A few note discounts and monthly rates. One renter found the online pricing and location search easy, then took a tour on site and rented the same day. They used an app for Bluetooth entry at the gates and doors. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking are available. Hours are posted, so check them before you drive over.
