About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Livermore side runs a self-storage facility that also lists RV, boat and automobile storage among its categories. Reviewers bring up clean grounds more than anything else, and the units themselves get called clean too. One recent customer said the staff member who helped her walked her through all the unit options, pricing and policies before she signed. A few reviewers mention the rental process and move-in being quick. Others say the place feels secure, and one person was glad a staff member noticed their lock was open and called twice to flag it. Staff names that come up in reviews include Michelle, Kat and Shea, usually described as friendly and patient with questions. The site is wheelchair accessible with accessible parking. Unit sizes run small to large. Hours are posted, so it is not a 24/7 access site. If you are parking a rig, call ahead about RV space since the reviews lean toward standard storage units.
