About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space Storage on the self-storage side of Liverpool gets mixed but mostly positive word from renters. Reviewers repeatedly single out the staff, with one manager named Justin getting called out for always being willing to help. People also describe the units as clean and easy to get to, and several say the move-in process went smoothly. Pricing is the sticking point. More than one reviewer says the intro rate didn't last, with bills jumping after a few months, and another says the rate tripled shortly after signing up. A few mention the office keeps limited hours, so plan around that if you need to talk to someone in person. Google shows a 4.3 rating across 67 reviews. The clean units and helpful staff come up far more than the complaints, which is worth weighing if you're comparing storage options in the area.
