About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits at 406 S Lincoln Ave in Loveland, near SE 5th St. It's a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage, with small, medium, and large units and drive-up access. Not 24/7, so check the office hours before you haul a rig over. The rating is the headline: 4.8 stars across 639 Google reviews. Reviewers talk about the manager David more than anything else. People describe him as helpful, personable, and on top of problems, and one long-term renter says the last few months have been the best service they've had at a storage facility. Others mention clean units, a secure feel, and quick setup. A couple of reviews are rough, though, with complaints about the property and a confrontation with a manager. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking are on site. The company pitches online reservations and says it serves Loveland, Kings Corner, Campion, and Centerra. If you want current pricing and unit availability, call or stop by.
