About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Slaughter Rd in Madison, and RV owners use it for outdoor parking. The lot is gated with electronic access and multiple entrance and exit gates, which matters when you are pulling a rig through. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Sammie and Leia get named for being helpful and patient, and one person said they felt safe leaving a parent's belongings in the manager's care. Cleanliness comes up often too, along with clean units and an easy rental process. Not every review is glowing: one long-term customer said rates go up every couple months. The property has climate controlled units as well as non climate controlled ones, drive-up access, and WiFi. Vehicles are allowed in drive-up units. Google shows a 4.8 rating across 488 reviews.
