About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility in Madison, Tennessee. Climate-controlled units are one of the options here, and the site offers small, medium, and large units. It's a self-storage operation, not an RV-only lot, so ask about rig storage if that's what you need. Reviewers bring up the staff a lot, and the words kind and friendly come up often. One person wrote about being nervous on a first rental and leaving comfortable, with directions to the unit. Others mention quick setup and a welcoming atmosphere. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking and restrooms. The reviews aren't all praise. Some tenants say rates went up after the promotional period, and one mentions a broken door on the climate-controlled side and birds getting in. The rating sits at 4.8 across more than 1,200 reviews. Hours are posted, but it isn't open around the clock.
