About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Seybold Rd in Madison stores more than just household goods. The facility offers covered, indoor, and outdoor parking, so you can pick the spot that fits your rig. There is drive-up access and wide drive aisles, which helps when you are backing in. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, calling them kind and efficient. Selena and Michael get shoutouts for walking people through tours and contracts. The property is gated and sits off the beaten path. Some units are climate controlled and sit in a newer building with good lighting. A few reviewers note that the entrance can get blocked by cars parked in the wrong spot. Keep an eye on pricing. Several reviews mention that the advertised rate is an introductory price that goes up after a few months. The store staff are praised for helping with those changes, but the increases still catch people off guard. If you need covered or indoor space for the winter, this location is worth a look.
