About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Colonel Ct in Manassas handles more than just household goods. Reviewers often mention using it for vehicle storage, and the site has lit areas for access. The facility offers small, medium, and large units, with climate control and drive-up options available. People who leave reviews frequently call out the staff. Jose, Aiden, Everett, and Gabriel get named for being helpful and easy to talk to. The online rental process gets good marks too, with one customer noting a Sunday reservation went smoothly. Cleanliness and security come up as positives. There are some gripes. A few reviewers saw rate increases sooner than expected, and one found the smallest units tight for reaching things in the back. Management has adjusted rates when asked, according to one review. If you want a straightforward storage spot with a team that answers the phone, it's worth a look.
