About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Marietta side runs a self-storage facility with small, medium, and large units. Reviews pile up around one employee, Billy, who people say walks them through unit sizes and answers questions without rushing. The property comes up as clean and well-kept in review after review. Most of the feedback here is about the people. Reviewers call Billy friendly, patient, and responsive, and several say he made setup quick and simple. A few mention a secure facility and fair pricing. One reviewer says they felt comfortable leaving their stuff there. Not everyone is happy. One review warns that a unit was described as big enough for a one-bedroom and wasn't, and says the inside or outside setup wasn't what they were told. That's worth reading before you book. Others note a late fee warning. If you want to see the unit before signing, stop by during staffed hours and look at it yourself.
