About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Milwaukee's south side is a self-storage facility that also offers automobile and boat storage. With a 4.8-star average from 825 Google reviews, it's clearly doing something right for a lot of people. Reviewers frequently mention the staff. Debbie gets called out for answering every question and making things easy. Darell (or Daryl) is described as kind and attentive while juggling multiple tasks. Raul was straightforward and helpful, and one visitor noted the place was very clean. Polite and informative staff come up again and again in the feedback. Not every review is positive. One renter had trouble with follow-up after renting online and dealt with a broken gate and codes that didn't work. Another reported mice in the facility. Those are worth weighing against the many good experiences. The facility is wheelchair accessible and LGBTQ+ friendly. If you need a unit, you can reserve online or stop by.
