Extra Space Storage

About Extra Space Storage

This Extra Space Storage on US-1 in Monmouth Junction handles more than just household goods. The lot offers covered and outdoor parking for RVs and boats, plus drive-up units where vehicles are allowed. It is gated with electronic access, and some units are climate controlled. The place sits right off the freeway, so getting a rig in and out is straightforward. Reviewers mention the staff a lot, calling them courteous and helpful. Several people note that managers took time to explain things clearly and helped them switch to a different unit when the first one did not fit. One reviewer moved vehicles in less than half a day with staff help. Others describe the property as clean and the environment as safe. With a 4.8 rating across more than a thousand reviews, the front office seems to be doing something right. A few practical notes: there are carts available, the site is wheelchair accessible, and deliveries are accepted. One review does mention a rodent problem in a stored unit, so it is worth asking about pest control if that is a concern. Hours vary, so check before you haul over.
