About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Montgomery's self-storage scene has racked up a 4.9 rating across 495 Google reviews, and the pattern in them is the people. Reviewers keep naming the manager, Rose, and Stephanie for being patient and walking them through the process. One person called it the best storage place they'd been to in a long time. The property draws comments for being clean and for feeling secure. Setup moves fast, and staff explain the details without rushing you. Climate-controlled options come up too, though one reviewer found their reservation was for an outside unit instead, and customer service worked to swap it. Units come in small, medium and large sizes. The office keeps regular hours rather than staying open around the clock. If you want a straight answer on what fits your rig, the reviews suggest the staff will give it to you.
