About Extra Space Storage
On Bethel Road in Morganton, this Extra Space location earns its 4.8 stars from more than 2,100 Google reviews. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, especially Stacey, the office manager. People describe her walking them to their unit, handing over the lock, and making the whole sign-up feel easy. The place is clean, and renters say so more than a few times. Climate controlled units come up in reviews from folks who used them without any trouble from heat or humidity. Online rental draws praise too: confirm on the website, show up the same day, lock in hand. It's a self-storage facility that also handles cars and boats, so there's room for more than boxes. One reviewer moving out over a price increase at renewal is worth knowing about. Pay ahead if you plan to stay a while. For most people here, the service and the condition of the property are the story.
