About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility in New Berlin, Wisconsin, and it carries a 4.7 rating across 233 Google reviews. The category covers more than RV parking: it's listed under self-storage, automobile storage, boat storage and moving supplies, so a rig and a boat can sit in the same place. Clean comes up in reviews more than anything else. Reviewers also call the property secure and well lit, and the team gets named for friendly help at the front desk, including sorting out unit sizes and discounts. Online reservation gets a mention too. One reviewer said staff set them up with a better spot closer to the door. Not every review is glowing. One customer reported a unit flooding from a faulty roof and water damage to belongings. Another warned about rent increases, saying theirs nearly doubled over a few years. Worth reading the full reviews before you sign. The office keeps regular hours rather than staying open around the clock.
