About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Elkhorn Boulevard in North Highlands runs a self-storage facility with small, medium and large units, and it also lists RV, boat and auto storage among its categories. The Google rating sits at 4.8 across 642 reviews, which is a lot of feedback for one lot. Most of what reviewers talk about is the staff. Carla comes up by name again and again, described as patient and easy to talk to, and Marie gets credit for sorting out mix-ups and keeping an eye on the property. People also mention how quick the rental process goes and how clean the grounds and units are. Not every review is warm. One renter wrote about a rent increase that arrived with little warning and said calls to the office went unanswered. Worth reading the recent ones yourself before you sign. The office is wheelchair accessible, and you can reserve a unit online or by phone.
