About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Coldwater Canyon Ave in North Hollywood, with outdoor parking among its storage options and easy freeway access. The site is gated with electronic gate access, and multiple entrance and exit gates keep traffic moving. Some units are climate controlled and some are not. Wide drive aisles and drive-up units that allow vehicles make it easier to load and unload. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Brandon gets named again and again for walking people through questions and fixing a booking mix-up on the spot. One tenant of two or three years called the facility clean and safe and said every interaction with storage neighbors was friendly. Another praised the simple in-and-out access and a prorated final bill at move-out. A business renter liked it enough to take a second unit. The property is wheelchair accessible, has an on-site manager and a kiosk, and runs on solar. Golf carts are available on site. Call ahead if you need to confirm details on which spaces fit an RV.
