About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location on Giles in Omaha rents outdoor spots for campers and RVs. Reviewers mention keeping a popup camper there for months and an RV space for several years. Access runs through a gate code, and people describe the lot as easy to get in and out of with a rig. A manager named John comes up often in reviews. People call him friendly, quick to answer questions, and good about walking them through setup. Several reviewers say they'd recommend the place based on him alone. Online reservations and a chat box also got a few mentions for making the paperwork simple. The facility is described as clean and secure, with climate-controlled units among the options. It's a self-storage facility first, so the RV spaces are part of a broader lot. One reviewer was surprised the quoted online rate was a first-month discount, so ask what the ongoing price is before you sign.
