About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Broadway St in Pearland runs a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle parking. The listing mentions covered parking and outdoor spaces, and RV parking is one of the storage options. The property is gated with electronic access, and there are climate controlled and non-climate controlled units if you need room for gear as well as the rig. A manager lives on site. The reviews lean heavily on the staff. Kim shows up by name in several of them, with renters saying she walked them through unit sizes and paperwork and stayed patient while they looked at multiple units. Vickie gets a mention too, for helping someone switch locations without a fight. Other reviewers call the place clean and the setup easy. The rating sits at 4.9 from 586 reviews.
