About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space sits at 3615 N 27th Ave, near Indian School Rd. Reviews name Anthony, Dimitri, Ray and Eyob as the people who make the rental process easy. Families storing for a student at Grand Canyon University mention the campus is close and the property feels clean and secure. One reviewer wrote that booking was simple and move-in day went smoothly because staff took time to explain things. Others describe getting in and out quickly with their unit. The security setup for drop-off and pick-up comes up often in positive reviews. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer said rent jumped sharply within four months of moving in, describing it as a recurring problem and pointing to seasonal demand. That is worth asking about before you sign. Overall the location holds a 4.8 rating across more than 1,000 Google reviews, so most people who took the time to write were pleased. Reserve online, call, or stop by.
