About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits at 1010 Jupiter Rd, near E Plano Pkwy. It's a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage, so you can park the rig and keep other stuff on site too. Reviewers from Murphy, Richardson and Allen show up in the feedback. The reviews lean hard on two things: how clean the place is and how helpful the staff are. Tatyana comes up by name more than once. People describe her as patient and professional, walking them through the app and fixing a reservation mistake without any fuss. One reviewer said the cleanliness was immaculate. Entry is through an app for easy access. Someone else mentioned 24 hour access available for a fee. Ratings sit at 4.9 across 631 reviews, which is a lot of people bothering to write something. Hours are posted, so call ahead before you swing by.
