About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Cypress Pkwy in Poinciana, with covered parking and outdoor spaces among the options, plus RV parking. The lot is gated with electronic gate access. Climate controlled units are available too, if you need a spot for more than the rig. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Marie and Leyani get named for walking people through their options, and one first-timer praised Antonio for showing the space and explaining it clearly. People describe same-day rentals and a quick process, and the facility is described as clean and well lit. Access through the app comes up as a plus. Not everyone is glowing. One long-term renter said the rate went up every few months, and another said the gate had been broken for months and felt new customers got better pricing than loyal ones. Worth asking about rates and gate status before you sign.
