About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage in Round Rock runs a self-storage facility that also handles outdoor parking for RVs, boats and cars. Reviews mention the staff more than anything else. People describe being welcomed, treated with courtesy, and helped by a front desk that stays polite and professional. One reviewer names Jessica specifically and recommends the location based on her help at signup. The outdoor spots are what most RV owners here are after. One review notes a reserved RV site where the access code wasn't activated on arrival, but says the gate issue got sorted and the manager followed up with an apology the next day. Another calls the check-in and trailer parking excellent, with hopes that pickup goes just as smoothly. It's not all praise. One reviewer watched an outdoor space rate climb sharply between May 2024 and April 2025 and felt misled by the jumps. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you sign anything long term.
