About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the self-storage side in Salisbury gets strong marks from customers, 4.9 stars across 40 Google reviews. Most of the praise lands on the people. Reviewers name Courtney and Lewis for walking them through the process step by step, fixing online mistakes, and showing where the unit was and how to use the app. The facility itself draws comments for being clean and the setup being easy to move through. A few people mention the space feeling nice and access being simple. Small, medium, and large units are available, so there is a size range to work with whether you are moving, downsizing, or just clearing out clutter. One review is worth flagging if you are comparing places. A customer described a rough first day with front desk attitude and a dumping fee dispute over trash they said they did not leave. The helpful staff reviews far outnumber that one, but it is there. You can reserve online, call, or stop by in person.
