About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the city's list of self-storage spots also handles RVs, boats, and cars. Reviewers consistently mention the staff by name, especially Shayla and Mac. They describe them as polite, professional, and quick to help, even with last-minute rentals. Most reviews talk about clean units and a secure feel, with some noting security cameras on site. A few praise the smooth communication, including one customer who is deaf and appreciated the effort. The locker selection comes up too, and staff seem ready to show you a few options before you decide. Not every review is positive. One detailed complaint mentioned pest issues and trouble reaching anyone by phone, so it's worth a visit to see the unit yourself. The facility is wheelchair accessible, and the team is described as welcoming. Prices and unit sizes aren't listed here, so ask when you stop by.
