About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location on the San Antonio side handles more than household overflow. Reviewers mention parking a 34ft travel trailer here, and the category listings include automobile and boat storage alongside standard self-storage units. The staff get most of the credit. Kind, helpful, quick to answer questions. One renter said Matthew made move-in simple. Another thanked Veronica for getting them a second unit right away at the same price. Reviewers also call the place clean and the rates good, though a few note they creep up over time. Not every review is a win. One long-term customer reported rat urine and droppings ruining stored items and said the office offered no help without a fee. Another had trouble with the gate code during a move. Worth knowing before you sign. Hours are posted but the facility is not open around the clock.
