About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the 3009 at 78 corner in Schertz handles more than household clutter. Reviewers mention parking their RVs here, some since 2022, and boat storage comes up too. The lot is described as clean and well maintained, and the property is lit. People keep coming back to the staff. Randy, the onsite manager, gets named again and again for answering questions and sorting out problems, including a holiday weekend when someone needed help. A renter who booked the wrong unit online had it switched without a fuss. Others said setup was quick and the explanations were clear. Gate access through your phone comes up in reviews, and so does a military discount. With 680 reviews averaging 4.8, the feedback is consistent. Reserve online or stop by the office.
