About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility in Seattle that also lists automobile, boat and RV storage. It's a large operation, and the reviews back that up: 4.8 stars across 266 Google ratings. People keep coming back to the staff. One reviewer thanked Nani by name for a unit tour and for showing a second unit when the first looked too small. Another long-term renter of about eight years called the place secure, tidy and well maintained. Reviews also mention clean grounds, quiet, fair pricing, convenient hours and help with online accounts and moving supplies. Not every review is warm. One renter dropped to a single star after a run-in with the property manager over trash near the dumpster, so the experience isn't universal. The site is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking. Hours are posted but it isn't open around the clock.

“Went to pick up my lock and keys today and was helped by Nani who took the time to give me a tour and answer my questions. Even showed me another unit in case the one I rented online was too small. Unit and facility was nice and clean.” – Thea Y., 4 months ago, on Google
“An old reliable. This is the place to come when you want to pack away the culmination of broken dreams and the effects of late stage capitalism. It is the perfect place. Nani is excellent.” – tom h., 6 months ago, on Google
