About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits at 9893 US-1 near 99th St, and it handles more than household clutter. The location lists vehicle storage alongside its self-storage units, and there is climate control and drive-up access on site. Sizes run small to large. The staff gets most of the talk in reviews. People call out courteous and friendly employees by name, and several mention someone going out of their way to sort out a unit problem. One reviewer said a rate was talked down to something affordable after a phone call. Others describe signing up as quick and easy, including online rentals and a golf cart tour of the property. It is not perfect. One reviewer complained there was no parking for an RV at check-in and had to leave the rig across the street. Worth knowing before you haul anything in. The facility is gated, has set hours rather than 24/7 access, and sits close to Wabasso and the neighborhoods around US-1.
