About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location sits in Sherrills Ford and handles self storage along with vehicle, boat and camper parking. Reviewers mention a lit lot and clean, quiet grounds. One person stored a 41 foot fifth wheel here and said the manager found them the right spot. That manager, Kathy, comes up again and again in reviews. People describe her as friendly, patient and quick to answer questions during account setup. One customer with a foot injury said she went out of her way so they wouldn't have to stand. Another got a replacement lock on the house after losing theirs. Several call her the reason they'd recommend the place. Ratings sit at 4.9 across 96 Google reviews, and helpful staff and accommodating service show up most in the feedback. One reviewer warns that an intro rate went up after a couple of months, so read the fine print on pricing before you sign.
