About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Stearns Street in Simi Valley handles outdoor parking, including spots for RVs. The lot is gated and lit, and there's a manager living on site. You get electronic gate access and multiple entrance and exit gates, which matters when you're pulling a big rig through. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: how clean the place is and how helpful Dan, the manager, is. One person called the facility spotless and said it's safe and well-lit. Others mention the sign-up process was fast and easy. Several say Dan walked them through their options without any pressure. A long-time storage renter said this location was extremely clean and that Dan keeps it safe and secure. Access is straightforward, with drive-up units and wide drive aisles. The facility is wheelchair accessible, and staff accept deliveries. Freeway access is close by. If you need climate-controlled space for other belongings, those units are available too.
