About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on South Cobb Parkway in Smyrna has a 5.0 rating from nearly 2,000 Google reviews. Reviewers keep mentioning Debbie and Dacia by name, saying they explain things clearly and help sort out the right unit size. The place is clean. More than one reviewer called their unit spotless, and others said the facility feels safe. Staffers have helped customers move to bigger units when they guessed wrong on size, and a few reviews mention little touches like holding doors or offering candy at the front desk. It's a self-storage facility, not an RV-only lot, so call ahead to confirm they have a spot for your rig. The office has set hours rather than 24/7 access. If you're near South Cobb Parkway, it's worth a stop.
