About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location on the Souderton side has built a steady following, and the numbers back it up: 4.8 stars across 343 Google reviews. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Julie and Donna get named often, and people describe them as kind, patient, and quick to answer questions. One customer drives down from Brooklyn and still calls it the best place at the best price. Storage options run from small to large units, so there is room for a trailer, a boat, or an apartment's worth of boxes. Reviewers mention climate controlled units too. Signing up sounds painless. People describe the paperwork as quick and easy, with the manager walking them through the options and then showing them where the unit sits. Cleanliness comes up again and again. So does security. There is one honest complaint about a broken door seal letting in dirt and leaves, though that reviewer still praised the staff. The team also handles moving supplies. Call ahead before you haul the rig over.
