About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility on Holeman Ave in South Chicago Heights, near E Sauk Trail and East End Ave. Vehicle storage is one of the categories it lists, so rigs can park here alongside the usual household units. The site offers small, medium, and large units, with climate control and drive-up access among the options. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, and one name comes up again and again: Rochelle. People describe her as patient, friendly, and quick to answer questions, and several mention she explained the terms and current promotions without any rush. Others note the place is clean and well lit, with a quiet feel and locks waiting in the unit. Affordability gets mentioned too, and the facility is wheelchair accessible with a wheelchair accessible parking lot. Hours are posted, so it is not a 24/7 site. Reserve online or stop by if you want to see the lot before you commit.
