About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on E Sprague Ave near Conklin Rd in Spokane Valley, and it handles more than household clutter. The category list includes automobile and boat storage, so rigs are part of the mix here alongside standard units. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: clean and the staff. People describe clean units and clean grounds, and several mention feeling safe leaving their stuff, with gate access and decent access hours noted. The rental process reads easy, whether online or in person, and staff get named for walking people through bookings and move-outs. One reviewer stored a car that was towed in while out of town and said the crew worked with the tow driver when it didn't quite fit. Not everything is glowing. One long-term customer wrote that rent went up after three months and the notice arrived at the wrong address. Worth reading the fine print on rate changes before you sign.
