About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the self-storage side of things in St. Augustine carries a 4.9 from more than 600 Google reviews. Reviewers keep coming back to the same points: the place is clean, the gate and lighting make it feel secure, and the staff don't push extras you don't need. One person described reserving online and getting their gate code through the app as contactless and simple, with a follow-up call to check things were fine. Folks mention the big elevators and the carts on hand, which matters when you're hauling boxes or moving a downsizing load. A few reviews touch on climate controlled units and boat storage, so ask what's open if either is on your list. The team gets named in reviews for walking people through gate access, locks, and picking the right unit size. It's a self-storage facility rather than an RV lot, so confirm RV and boat options before you commit. Hours apply, and the lot and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
