About Extra Space Storage
A self storage spot in St. Louis that also lists itself under auto and boat storage, so there's room for more than just boxes. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One person calls the manager Wally amazing and says he caught a lock left off a unit. Others describe the team as friendly and courteous, and mention being moved to a smaller unit in the same building when their needs changed. Cleanliness comes up again and again. People say the facility is well maintained, their stuff stayed dry, and they didn't see pests. One reviewer stored here four years with no issues and only left because of an out-of-state move. Not every visit went smooth. One review describes a single staffer who ignored them and no lights on in the office. It's the exception in a long run of positive ones. Reserve online, call, or stop by.
