About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on 94th Ave N in St. Petersburg, with both indoor units and outdoor parking spots. RV owners and trailer owners park here, and the location is gated. Some units are climate controlled, and drive-up access makes it easier to load and unload. Reviewers often mention how fast the setup goes. Several say they signed up online or over the phone and had a unit ready by the time they arrived. Eric at the front desk comes up by name as helpful, including one renter who got a refund on short notice. Others describe the grounds as clean and the staff as clear about what they were signing. Not every review is positive. A few renters warn about rate increases, and one mentions mice in an outdoor unit. Another says office hours posted online did not match. Read the recent reviews and ask about the current monthly rate before you commit.
