About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Fairfield Ave in Stamford, and RV owners here get both indoor and outdoor options plus dedicated parking spaces. The lot is gated with electronic entry, and there's a climate controlled side of the building if you'd rather keep your rig out of the weather. Drive-up access makes loading and unloading less of a project. The reviews lean heavily on the staff. Frank and Anthony come up by name over and over, and people describe them as patient and easy to work with, walking customers out to units and checking in after the fact. Reviewers also call the place clean and organized, with one noting no musty smell, which says something for a storage building. The rating is 4.9 across 545 Google reviews. Some reviewers have been there for years and mention switching to smaller units as their needs changed. If you want to see what's open, call ahead.
